Gift of the Givers Northern Cape co-ordinator Emily Thomas said the water problems started almost a week ago.
“We were working in the nearby area when we heard of the problem that the community in Kenhardt is facing. We immediately responded to their plight and handed over 10 5,000-litre JoJo tanks that will be placed at strategic points throughout the community,” said Thomas.
Kai !Garib municipal mayor Marshall Matthuys expressed his gratitude for the assistance.
