Results for the week of September 6 to 9 are:

The Wednesday, September 6 Konica Minolta sponsored 18-hole BBS competition was won by the team of Harry Welham and Jason Barnes with 44pts on a count-out over Barend Burger and Gavin Schafer also with the same score. Third were Zayied Sulliman and Fuhad Mahri on 41pts.

The Thursday, September 7 KWV sponsored 9-hole IPS with power play options was won by Kevin Wakeford with 25pts. Second was Zayied Sulliman on 24pts and 3rd Shane Arthur on 23pts.

The Friday, September 8 Sealing Solutions Golf Day BBS Scramble drive was won by Kyle and Justin with 50pts. Second was Zayied Sulliman and Cedric van der Ross with 49pts, 3rd was Thapelo and Lyle Mills with 48pts on a count-out over 4th placed K and D Dippenaar also on 4pts.

The Saturday, September 9 Club sponsored 18-hole IPS competition was won by Gayle Aysen on 38pts with Barend Burger 2nd on 37pts and Shane Arthur 3rd on a count-out with 36pts. The Seniors outing was won by the team of Willie Delport and Pete van Zyl while Barend Burger took the individual prize. The Charlies outing was won by Fanie Schoeman.

The Sealing Solutions Sunday league standings with one round left are as follows: Rising Stars 73, Golf Shop 72, MVD 71, CPAC 60, Sealing Solutions 48, Terminators 45, Motley Crew 37, Dirty Birdies 34. It is going to be a tight finish.

Please note that the visitor fee for 18 holes has been reduced to R350. Except for corporate and other special days.

Players please keep our course tidy. Don’t discard bottles, paper etc. – There are rubbish bins at every tee-off. Please pick up as you go. Let us not have the course looking like the filthy city of Kimberley.

Friday, September 15: Farmers Cup Golf Day. Closed corporate day.

Saturday, September 16: KGC sponsored 18-hole IPS and the weekly Charlies outing. Seniors play in Graaff Reinet

Sunday, September 17: Social golf with special rates applying. Seniors play in Graaff Reinet.

Monday, September 18: Course closed but office open for business

Tuesday, September 19: Social golf with special rates applying.

Wednesday, September 20: OBC Chicken sponsored 18-hole IPS.

Thursday, September 21: KWV Niner.

Friday, September 22: Flamingo Niner.

Saturday, September 23: KGC sponsored 18-hole BBS and the weekly Charlies outing.

Sunday, September 24: Social golf with special rates applying.
