Results for the week of June 7-10 are:

The Wednesday June 7th Konica Minolta sponsored 18-hole BBS was won by Harry Welham and Jason Barnes on 46pts with Ian Kidson and Jason Barnes pivoting 2nd on 45pts. Third was Barrie van Zyl and Jacques Gouws on 42pts with Barend Burger and Joshua Edwards 4th on 41 on a count-out.

The Thursday 8th June KWV sponsored 9-hole IPS with power play options was won by OT Manyetsa with 26pts. Second was Neville Alexander on 25pts and 3rd Luchman Poonawassy on 24pts.

The Friday 9th June Flamingo Casino Sponsored 9-hole competition was won by Neville Parker on 21pts. Second on a count-out with 21pts was Frankie DeNobrega. Third winning the count-out on 19pts was Chris Gordon and 4th with the same score was Sadick Thomas.

The Saturday 10th June Beefmaster sponsored 18-hole BBS was won by Gavin Schafer and Daan Fourie with 51pts. Johnny Higgs and Jason Barnes won the count-out on 2nd Place on 47pts and Susan Ferreira and Noreen Ann Crozier also on 47pts. The Ladies Champ of Champs Qualifying was played and the winners were:

B – Helena Janse on 33pts

C – Susan Alexander on 40pts

It was a busy week at the Club. We encourage the members to enter for this coming Saturday’s Master event which will be played over 27 holes with an entry fee of R400 per player

Players please note that you must putt out in a competition else your score will not count, and that your score card must be correctly filled in.

Friday, June 16: June Frances Baard Golf Day R300 per player

Saturday, June 17: Master tournament. 27-Hole R400 per player. Members only

Sunday, June 18: Social golf with special rates applying.

Monday, June 19: Course closed but office open for business.

Tuesday, June 20: Social golf with special rates applying.

Wednesday, June 21: OBC Chicken sponsored 18-hole IPS.

Thursday, June 22: KWV sponsored Niner with power play options.

Friday, June 23: Flamingo Niner.

Saturday, June 24: KGC sponsored IPS as well as the weekly Charlies outing.

Sunday, June 25: Sunday League. Social golf with special rates applying
