The Pampierstad police are investigating the murder of a 25-year-old man who was fatally stabbed after he apparently tried to steal clothes from his two sisters.
THE PAMPIERSTAD police are investigating the murder of a 25-year-old man who was fatally stabbed following an argument involving his sibling.
According to a relative, the deceased, Obakeng Mosiako, tried to steal the clothes of his two sisters when he was stabbed on October 13.
“He was under the influence of drugs at the time when he was stabbed by one of his sisters. He died as a result of severe blood loss,” the relative claimed. “It is sad that not enough is being done to curb drug and substance abuse in our communities.”
Police spokesperson Captain Olebogeng Tawana said the 25-year-old man was certified dead on the scene
“The deceased was found with a stab wound in the thigh. A suspect was arrested and charged with murder,” said Tawana.
