Yorkshire finding the going tough at National Club Championships

The Northern Cape representatives have been at the receiving end of three losses meted out by their opponents.

Kimberley’s Yorkshire Cricket Club is currently competing at the 2018 Momentum National Club Championships in Pretoria. This after they beat the University of the Free State Cricket Club in the regional play-off to qualify for the tournament proper.

The Northern Cape representatives have, in their debut appearance, been finding the going tough at the tournament having been at the receiving end of three losses meted out by their opponents.

Yesterday they lost to Crusaders Cricket Club, on Monday they were given a cricket lesson by the defending champions, the University of Pretoria and on Sunday, the Kimberley team were picked off by Pukke (North-West University Cricket Club).

In their remaining fixtures Yorkshire take on University of Fort Hare today and then tomorrow their last fixture is against Wellington Cricket Club.
