Full teams are requested to send two representatives to attend the meet and greet
Northern Cape Cricket announced yesterday that the Des Schonegevel T10 cricket tournament, for players 40 years old and over, has thus far been well received. However, the union extended an additional invitation, and if there are any other players keen to join in the fun it’s not too late to register.
There will be a meet and greet this evening at the Diamond Oval in the VIP room at 6pm, where the fixtures and other information will be handed out. Registration for the tournament will be R100 per player.
Full teams are requested to send two representatives to attend the meet and greet.
Individuals players, who have not been assigned to a team should be present tonight as they will be placed in a team.
As an added incentive, NCC will be selecting two teams after the finals on Sunday to participate when they host the Frances Baard Cricket Association finals weekend as a curtain-raiser to the main game on March 23.
