Although fielding a number of injuries, Tafel Lager Griquas are confident they will be able to match the physicality of the Cell C Sharks team when the two meet in Durban tomorrow.

“Hopefully with the enforced changes, we will be able to counteract them in a similar way – be physical,” assistant and backline coach, Pieter Bergh said.
“Injuries sees centre Clinton Swart, lock FP Pelser and wing Enver Brandt, has forced Griquas to bring in Devon Martinus into the front row, as he is also physical, and Andre Swarts at flyhalf, while moving George Whitehead to fullback.”

The Team is  from 15-1; George Whitehead, Ederies Arendse, Tertius Kruger, Johnathan Francke, AJ Coertzen (Capt), Andre Swarts, Rudi Van Rooyen, Jonathan Janse van Rensburg, Shaun McDonald, RJ Liebenberg (V/C), Pieter Janse van Vuren, Mzwanele Zito, Ewald van der Westhuizen, AJ Le Roux and Devon Martinus. Bench; Wilmar Arnoldi, Nicolaas Oosthuizen, Wandile Putuma, De Wet Kruger, Sias Koen, Renier Botha and Eric Zana.
