Northern Cape Cricket to host Senior Provincial Men’s Tournament

NORTHERN Cape Cricket will be hosting the Pool D Senior Provincial Men’s tournament at various venues around Kimberley.

The tournament starts on Tuesday March 16 and runs until Sunday March 28. Matches will take place at the Diamond Oval and Country Club B field.

Four teams, including the SA Under-19 team, will be competing in two 3-day matches and three provincial 1-day games in a bio secure environment, where regrettably no spectators will be allowed.

All the matches start at 10am.

The Fixtures for the two weeks of action are:

Three-Day matches

March 16-18 (Diamond Oval): Northern Cape vs Western Province; (Country Club B): eta Northerns vs SA Under-19

March 26-28 (Diamond Oval): Western Province vs eta Northerns; (Country Club B): SA Under-19 vs Northern Cape

One-Day matches

March 21 (Diamond Oval): Northern Cape vs eta Northerns; (Country Club B): Western Province vs SA Under-19

March 22 (Diamond Oval): eta Northerns vs Western Province; (Country Club B): SA Under-19 vs Northern Cape

March 23 (Diamond Oval): SA Under-19 vs eta Northerns; (Country Club B): Western Province vs Northern Cape
