Adams, who spoke to the DFA after the briefing, admitted to feeling both excited and nervous about his new role.
“I am privileged to be able to walk into a successful team, and I have the opportunity to work with people like Deon Carolus, who has been part of this team for a while now. I have a sense of gratitude, so I am very lucky to have been selected for this role.
“Northern Cape Cricket has given me so much, and now I can give back to the community,” Adams said.
Bosman, who also shares a strong bond with Carolus, expressed his enthusiasm for the journey ahead. “Charlton left us a great bunch of guys with a great foundation.
“We have players here that work hard and keep on working hard, and we will just continue with the foundation that was laid for us,” Bosman stated.
