What inspired you to pursue a career in cricket management? My love for cricket started from when I was a child, me being here is a continuation of my deep love for cricket

What other sports do you enjoy aside from cricket? Football

What do you believe is the most important aspect of your role in contributing to the team’s success? Well we are a team and I’m a firm believer of ‘TEAM’ is the abbreviation of ‘Together Each Achieves More’, so I will not put it to individualism as we all strive for a common goal.

Are there any specific strategies or techniques you use to help players reach their full potential? I make sure they know that they must enjoy what they are doing and they will reach their full potential

Could you provide insights into your role in the team’s training regimen and preparation for matches? Well the word Manager says it all, facilities need to be booked and I make sure they are prepared, catering, drinks etc.

Are there any individuals in the cricketing world who have influenced your management style? No

What motivates you the most about being part of this cricket team’s management staff? The hard work, passion and dedication put in by every individual in our management staff and most importantly our vision for the NC Heat

Your biggest sporting hero outside of cricket? Serena Williams
