The police have reported that 25-year-old Gladness Zeldred Horne was found by her uncle at a friend’s home in Kimberley and has been reunited with her family in De Aar.
THE POLICE have reported that 25-year-old Gladness Zeldred Horne was found by her uncle at a friend’s home in Kimberley on August 23 and has been reunited with her family in De Aar.
Last week, the Kimberley police had sought the public’s help in locating Horne, who was reported missing on August 15. According to SAPS spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Sergio Kock, Horne was visiting family in Kimberley at the time of her disappearance.
“She is originally from De Aar and is reportedly mentally impaired, approximately 1.6 metres tall, with short black hair, brown eyes and was wearing pink pyjamas,” Kock stated at the time.
He also reminded the public that there is no waiting period to report a missing person.
