Two suspects on the run after robbing café

The Kimberley police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two men who were involved in a café robbery.

THE KIMBERLEY police are seeking the assistance of the public in locating two unknown male suspects who were involved in a café robbery in Kimberley in July.

Police spokesperson Sergeant Dikeledi Gopane said the two suspects are between the ages of 26 and 35 years old.

“It is believed that the duo robbed a local café of cigarettes and an undisclosed amount of cash at gunpoint,” said Gopane.

“They further threatened the shop assistants to lie on the ground at the back of the store.

“They fled the scene in a maroon motor vehicle with no registration number.”
