Rebaaone Thubisi was honoured as the top 2021 Setswana pupil in the Northern Cape.
Rebaaone Thubisi, a matriculant from Batlharo Tlhaping Secondary School, walked away with a R5,000 cash prize from the DFA together with a Sol Plaatje Memorial medal and certificate, after he was honoured as the top 2021 Setswana pupil in the Northern Cape.
