ROAD rage accused Edward Williamson, 33, and Darryl Williamson, 25, will reappear in the Kimberley Magistrate’s Court on May 22.

During the alleged road rage incident, one person was killed when he was bumped by a vehicle, while two other men were assaulted and stabbed.

The incident took place in Melia Street, Roodepan, on January 27.

The State prosecutor indicated that there were two dockets, where one matter had been postponed until May 8 for further investigation.

The legal representative for the accused, advocate Marcus Mafaro, pointed out that the ballistics report was still outstanding.

Magistrate Maimane Booi postponed the matter until May 22.

She extended Edward’s bail while Darryl, who has been denied bail, will remain in custody.
