Premier Saul to lead Human Rights Day celebrations in Carnarvon

NORTHERN Cape Premier Dr Zamani Saul will lead Human Rights Day celebrations in Carnarvon on Thursday, starting at 10am.

A spokesperson for the Office of the Premier, Bronwyn Thomas-Abrahams, said various build-up activities to the event would be held in the Pixley ka Seme District, including a soccer and netball tournament at Carnarvon stadium.

She added that a Human Rights dialogue was hosted at Carnarvon Primary School on March 17.

“National Book Week launch was held in Vanwyksvlei on March 19.”
