Police seek help locating missing teen

The Mothibistad police have requested the community’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old girl, Leago Tsiyane, who was last seen by her parents on August 11.

THE MOTHIBISTAD police have requested the community’s assistance in locating a missing 15-year-old girl, Leago Tsiyane, who was last seen by her parents on August 11.

Northern Cape police spokesperson Captain Nomvuyo Makoloi said Leago was sitting with her parents watching TV and she later went to her bedroom to sleep. It was, however, later discovered that she was not in the house.

Makoloi said Leago was last seen wearing black jeans, a black track top decorated with flowers and green sandals. She has an Afro hair style.

Anyone with information regarding the location of Leago or who may have seen her is requested to contact the investigating officer, Sergeant Kenosi Kename, on 072 0395 545.

The public is reminded that there is no waiting period to report a person missing.
