Police seek assistance in locating missing 14-year-old girl

The Galeshewe SAPS Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences unit has issued an appeal for assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old girl from Lethabo Park, Roodepan.

THE GALESHEWE SAPS Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences unit has issued an urgent appeal for assistance in locating Refilwe Tabaki, a 14-year-old resident of Lethabo Park, Roodepan, who has gone missing.

Refilwe, a Grade 9 pupil, was last seen at her home by her mother on March 15, 2024, at approximately 7.15am, just before she left for school.

According to her mother, Refilwe was dressed in her school uniform, which consisted of a blue check skirt, a white shirt with a blue check collar, white socks and black shoes.

Her disappearance has raised concerns among family members and authorities.

Anyone with information regarding Refilwe’s whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Warrant Officer Daniel Satisfied on 083 940 0503 or 053 807 6161.

The police investigation continues.

The authorities have once again emphasised that there is no waiting period for reporting a missing person.
