The police have requested the public’s assistance in locating two missing schoolgirls who are suspected to be in the Kimberley area.

THE POLICE have requested the public’s assistance in locating two missing schoolgirls who are suspected to be in the Kimberley area.

The two girls, Alicia Jacobs, 16, and Bernice Bosch, 15, were reported missing on August 2 at about 4.30pm after they were last seen leaving school in Bloemfontein.

Free State SAPS spokesperson Captain Loraine Earle said Jacobs was last seen wearing a black trouser, a light blue golf shirt and a navy blue school track top.

“Bernice Bosch was last seen wearing a black jacket, black tracksuit pants and white Puma sneakers.”

Earle requested anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of the girls to contact Constable Nwabisa Stokwe from the Parkweg SAPS Family Violence, Child Protection, and Sexual Offences unit on 082 4456 081 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or send an anonymous tip on the MySAPS app.
