Pastors hold indaba to plot way forward in fight against GBVF

A national pastor’s indaba was held at the Mayibuye Multipurpose Centre in Kimberley to discuss improving morality and fighting gender-based violence and femicide.

KINGDOM Edify hosted a national pastor’s indaba at the Mayibuye Multipurpose Centre in Kimberley on January 25 to discuss improving morality and fighting gender-based violence and femicide (GBVF).

Northern Cape Gender-Based Violence and Femicide convener Gregory Nyongane said the indaba focused on the role of faith-based structures and pastors in establishing action plans to fight the scourge of GBVF.
