A 30-YEAR-old man, Boikaelelo Thipe, has been apprehended and taken in for questioning in connection with the murder of Tshepiso Dince, whose body was found buried in a shallow grave near Kagung village in Kuruman in August 2016.

Police spokesperson Lieutenant-Colonel Sergio Kock said on Tuesday that Thipe was considered a person of interest in connection with the case.

He thanked the community for their assistance in providing information that led to the arrest, which followed after the police offered a cash reward for positive information that could lead to Thipe’s whereabouts.
