The major work on the bulk supply pipeline from Riverton, behind 3SAI Military base has been completed according to the latest update from Sol Plaatje municipality.
Spokesperson for Sol Plaatje municipality Sello Matsie on Saturday afternoon stated that the Camelia Street repair work was completed while two of the three identified leaks near Gogga Pump Station were also completed.
“The pipe repairs at the corner of Edgerton and Main roads near the Halfway house including William Gasson Street and Oliver Road are currently underway. We will continue throughout until completion. Thank you for your cooperation.”
