Itec in the Northern Cape was recently crowned the Dealer of the Year by Itec South Africa at the technology company’s annual national awards.
ITEC in the Northern Cape was recently announced as the Dealer of the Year by Itec South Africa at the technology company’s annual national awards.
The co-owner and dealer principal of Itec Northern Cape, Adam Wilken, said they are elated about the recognition they received.
“This is an enormous honour and achievement for any dealer, and especially for the Northern Cape. We are beyond thrilled and grateful for this incredible recognition,” said Wilken.
“The success of this company is the evidence of the grace of God and that all glory should go to Him. We also, however, would not have been able to reach such success without the wonderful work from our 40-member team who have shown commitment and passion for the industry.
“Plus, our hard work and passion would all be in vain and we would not be where we are today without our awesome customers. We are honoured that our customers continue to choose us as the dealer of their choice.”
As stated by Wilken, the recognition required dedication and sacrifice.
There were 10 different criteria that had to be met in order for a dealer to secure the title.
Dealers nationally had to ensure that they achieved eight of the 10 listed criteria, which not only focussed on sales but also on customer service, customer feedback and a response to queries.
Each branch had their individual target based on their sales and growth from 2022 that they also had to reach.
