THE ROODEPAN police are investigating an armed house robbery case after a residence in Constance Street, Northview, was broken into and ransacked on Monday morning.

According to police spokesperson Sergeant Timothy Sam, five suspects reportedly broke into the rented house during the early hours of the morning. The intruders tied up the occupants and stole various belongings.

He confirmed that no one was harmed during the incident and that no arrests have been made yet.

“The police are requesting anyone who might have information that may assist with the investigation of this case to contact Detective Sergeant Vincent Phiri at 084 459 0644 or 08600 10111, or use the police MySAPS app. All information will be treated confidentially. The investigation is continuing,” Sam added.
