A TRUCK driver is expected to appear in the Kimberley Magistrate’s Court next week after the truck that he was driving collided into a vehicle, killing an elderly couple, during the early hours of Friday morning December 11.

The accident took place at the intersection between Green Street and North Circular Road.

“The elderly woman died in hospital.”

Tawana added that the accused was expected to appear in the Kimberley Magistrate’s Court on Monday December 14 on two charges of culpable homicide.
