THE NORTHERN Cape Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs as well the the National House of Traditional and Khoi-San Leaders have expressed their condolences on the passing of the Chairperson of National House of Traditional Khoi-San leaders, Ikosi Sipho Etwell Mahlangu.
Mahlangu died on Friday, July 16, 2021.
The house has described Mahlangu’s passing as a great loss.
“The passing of Ikosi Mahlangu has surely left an indelible mark in the country and the Institution of traditional leadership,” said the house.
Details on the funeral of Ikosi Mahlangu will be communicated in due course.
