Calvinia police seek the public’s assistance in locating two suspects

THE CALVINIA police have requested the public’s assistance in locating and identifying two men who can assist them in an investigation relating to the disappearance of an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police spokesperson Captain Olebogeng Tawana said the employer of Wilson Musa and Arisa Angile, who are foreign nationals, noticed that his money was missing from his safe.

“The two men absconded and failed to report for duty following the disappearance of the cash,” said Tawana.

He said that the two men are believed to currently be in the Western Cape, Free State or Northern Cape.

“We appeal to any person who might have seen them or have knowledge of their whereabouts to contact the investigating officer, Warrant Officer Burger, at 027 3418 611 / 082 4955 300.”

He added that information could also be sent anonymously to the Crime Stop number on 08600 10 111.

“All information shared will be treated with strictest confidentiality.”
