The Minister of Health Dr Zweli Mkhize announced 10 new positive Covid-19 cases in the Umsobomvu Municipality, three new cases in the Renosterberg local municipality, one person in the Dawid Kruiper municipality and one case in the Gamagara local municipality.
The Northern Cape Provincial Government indicated that there were 50 active patients in the Province.

It was stated that with the latest figures, there were 15 cases in the Umsobomvu Local Municipality.
“There are a total of six people who tested positive in the Renosterberg Local Municipality. There is one person who was reported today as positive in the Dawid Kruiper Local Municipality, bringing the total to seven in this local municipality.
