US President Donald Trump’s Twitter account posted a series of anti-Muslim videos in a string of early morning re-tweets on Wednesday.

Trump re-tweeted three consecutive videos from the account of Jayda Fransen, deputy leader of the far-right extremist group Britain First.

The first video supposedly shows a “Muslim migrant” kicking and punching a “Dutch boy” who is on crutches.

Then next shows a “Muslim” man throwing a statue of the Virgin May onto the ground and breaking it into pieces.

The president then re-tweeted a video with the caption: “Islamist mob pushes teenage boy off roof and beats him to death!”

Trump posted the three videos within minutes of each other shortly before 7 am (1200 GMT).

Trump has drawn fire for numerous controversial policies and remarks, including as a candidate urging a ban on all Muslims entering the US.

Fransen, 31, was arrested in September and earlier this month for alleged hate crimes during small protests in Northern Ireland and southern England.

She tweeted shortly afterwards: “Donald Trump himself has retweeted these videos … God bless you Trump!”
